JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Manage the daily operations of the hotel including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of staff members
  • Responsible for the overall management of the operations of the 11 suite luxury boutique hotel
  • Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
  • Carry out regular inspections of all departments in the areas of guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, service delivery, employee presentation and grooming.
  • Ensure that the hotel is well-maintained by scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed
  • Responsible for maximizing profit through the consistent delivery of the highest standard of service.
  • Review guest complaints, concerns, or issues in order to make decisions about how to best respond to them
  • Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure that all associated activities are handled flawlessly.
  • Oversee the work of housekeeping staff and control room and supplies inventory.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in a 5 Star Hotel as Hotel Supervisor
  • Computer Knowledge, MS office. Experience in Property Management Software's, Revenue Management Systems and Online Travel Agency Systems.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Displays initiative and commitment to professional values.
  • With pleasing personality
  • Willing to work or to be relocated in Batangas City
  • At least 5’5 ft in height
