Responsibilities Implementation of Hotel Operations F & B Operating Budget Creation of Purchase Requests applicable to all F&B Vendors Monitoring of PR Approvals Creation of SVEP Request to North port Ensures accurate delivery at all times On time receiving of items to 2GO System/ RR Perform spot inventory onboard Ontime submission of necessary documents to Finance and Procurement for payment processing Creation of Ticket request for onboard ancillary staff/ Entertainers and Salons


Responsibilities

    • Implementation of Hotel Operations F & B Operating Budget
    • Creation of Purchase Requests applicable to all F&B Vendors
    • Monitoring of PR Approvals
    • Creation of SVEP Request to North port
    • Ensures accurate delivery at all times
    • On time receiving of items to 2GO System/ RR
    • Perform spot inventory onboard
    • Ontime submission of necessary documents to Finance and Procurement for payment processing
    • Creation of Ticket request for onboard ancillary staff/ Entertainers and Salons

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Graduate of any four-year course preferably in Business such as Management, Marketing or any related course
    • 3-5 years work experience in Sales and Marketing
    • Knowledgeable in project management
    • Good communication skills
    • Good in building relationship with prospective clients
