Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining good relationship with clients, as well as driving the sales of Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar hotel heritage amenities, activities, events and services.
2. Communicate with prospective client/ guest to avail the hotel heritage, activities, events and services.
3. Pursue all leads generated by marketing efforts, including inquiries through email, social media of Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar website and online booking sites.
4. Maintaining Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar guest service culture and image.
5. Responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets and objectives of Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar.
6. Identify new market opportunities, prospect and engage new client, develops proposals and manage contract process.
7. Be friendly and professional in dealing clients and guests.
8. Creates positive and welcoming atmosphere that increases the chance of repeat business and referrals.
9. Contributes in terms of training, budgeting and marketing plans that increase Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar profitability.
10. Establish good rapport with fellow Account Executive.

Qualifications/Requirements

 Requirements:
*Degree in business administration or a related field.
*Experience as a sales executive or in a similar position.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently.
*Must be willing to be assigned at Manila Office in Victoria Sports, Quezon City
