Job Description

Host - Player Development

The Host - Player Development is responsible in providing seamless customer service journey to High Valued Patrons (HVP) during their stay in the property.

• Facilitates sign-up of patrons endorsed by Business Development team

• Provides personalized customer service experience to patrons and ensure that they have a comfortable and hassle-free stay in the property

• Keeps up-to-date information with the latest products, services, promotion and events, and educate patrons of their benefits and privileges

• Handles patron inquiries and concerns and make appropriate action as the need arise

• Arranges patron request for complimentary Transportation, Hotel and/or F&B

• Processes accurate transactions in HALO (House Advantage – loyalty and marketing system) such as but not limited to membership sign-up, and complimentary issued to patrons

• Performs compliance with Company’s Standard Operating Procedures at all times including the Service Standards being implemented by the department

• Communicates clearly with internal and external customer and demonstrate respect in all aspects

• Acts as translator for non-English/Filipino speaking patrons

• Assist non-English/Filipino speaking patrons with their hotel, transportation, F&B, and other services to enhance their stay in the property

• Assists other Divisions with their translation requirements in forms and interview with patrons

• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the Management


Qualifications/Requirements

Educational Requirement:
• At least High School graduate
• University/College diploma in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage.

Experience Requirement:
• Experience in gaming industry is an advantage
• Experience in service industry is preferred Skills and Attributes:

Technical Skills:
o Proficient in MS Office applications

Other Qualifications:
• Good presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• With a pleasing personality, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
• Must be a native speaker proficient in reading and writing any other foreign language, such as but not limited to Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, or any other specified foreign languages
• Understands and able to embrace the culture and etiquette of each of the assigned countries
• Can work in flexible schedules
• Able to work outside the standard work week as business needs
• Willing to work outside the property as needed
