• To coordinate the flow of paperwork, reports and its submission to the manager.
• Have a ‘team player” mentality with regard to reporting and handling over of all information.
• To effectively carry out all tasks given by Superiors.
• Assist the Managers to supervise a team of Hosts.
• Assist the Managers to guide the Hosts to follow up the Company guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure that all Hosts as a front liner must be doing all the greeting to the patrons and acknowledging them constantly.
• Have a full understanding of all products and introduce to potential customers.
