  • Responsible for Player acquisitions, retentions, and reactivations mainly on casino floor.
  • Ensure mass gaming floor operations runs smoothly.
  • Ensures VIP guest needs are being met and handled properly.
  • Increases and improves customer’s play and visitation in the property.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 1 year of guest service experience in casino industry.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must know how to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Able to perform staggered shifts, including weekends and holidays.
