  • Responsible for achieving quarterly goals.
  • Supports overall development of the player database.
  • Ensure mass gaming floor operations runs smoothly.
  • Ensures VIP guest needs are being met and handled properly.
  • Increases and improves customer’s play and visitation in the property.
  • Offers complimentary F&B, room stays, and other perks based on player gaming activity.
  • Supports the overall development of the player database focusing on foreigner database. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 1 year of guest service experience in casino industry
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must know how to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Strong computer skills.
