The Senior Highway Engineer will oversee the design, planning, and supervision of highway and road projects. This role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. 

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review highway designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Lead project teams and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with design standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
  • Licensure: Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in highway or road projects.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of highway design standards and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Civil 3D) and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
