  • Responsible for safety and efficiently operating various type of heavy equipment to perform tasks such as excavation, grading and transport and loading of materials, access equipment that allows people to safely access high points used in construction. Adhere to safely protocols and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Responsible to operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible to perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues that need repair. Responsible to monitor equipment operations to defect any malfunctions or safety hazards and take appropriate corrective actions. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor to coordinate work activities and ensure project goals are met. Complete required documentation such as equipment logs, inspection reports and work orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College level or vocational graduate (TESDA ACCREDITED)
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • 2 to 5 years work related experience as heavy equipment
  • Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting
  • Valid driver’s license 1-2-3-8 code and clean driving record
  • Certificate or training in heavy equipment operation preferred
  • Work extended days/weekend if needed
  • With strong technical and problem solving skills
