Job Description

Ensures proper implementation of DOH Health Promotion programs in the OPD and In- patient in coordination with respective program managers
Develops policy related to Health Education
Improves the Health Education program dissemination campaign
Establishes health education bulletin boards in designated areas
Manages specific health promoting project and order to ensure its ethical, effective and efficient delivery
Develops partnership with key people, communities and organization who can affect, influence or promote better public health
Documents all health education activities and provides feedback mechanism for continuing quality improvement
Performs other related functions as may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility
Place of Assignment: Nursing Service
