Must be Registered Nurse in the Philippines with at least nine (9) units of Master’s Degree in Nursing.
Must have at least five (2) years’ experience in clinical nursing, inclusive of one to two (1-2) years Nursing Administration.
Physically, psychologically and emotionally stable.
With skills in office suites/ applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Has good moral character and good interpersonal relationship with other members of the health team.
With effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate with diverse populations, including physicians, employees, patients, and families.
With the ability to:
Conceptualize, develop, and implement new ideas or system.
Exercise sound judgement and discretion while performing duties; and,
Work priorities, assign work, and ensure proper completion of work assignments.
At least attended any basic leadership/ management training or successfully completed the Effective Nursing Service Administration Training (ENSAT), Preceptor ship Seminar and Performance Improvement Training.
Must have an updated training on BLS and IV Therapy, preferably an IVT Preceptor.
Preferably a member of any Nursing Accredited Professional Organization.
