POSITION: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST
- Act as mediators to resolve disputes between employees or between employees and management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are fair, consistent, and aligned with employment laws.
- Assist in performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
- Ensure the company complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other HR professionals, managers and employees to address relations issued and promote a positive work environment.
