Job Description:

- To make guests feel welcome and provide a more personal service.

- Taking care of guests on arrival, during their stay and at departure, including handling the guests’ requirements during their stay.
- To maintain effective and cordial guests relations and to take the initiative to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:
- Diploma/Certification from a reputable Culinary school 
- Minimum of 1 year of similar experience
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint 
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language 
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
