SENIOR GROUP MANAGER - WFM

Job Responsibilities:

- Develops partnership across internal sectors and geographies to improve resolutions of issues

   and to recommend improvement

- Critically analyzes, evaluates, and design infrastructure solutions to mitigate deficiencies

   and operational gaps in technology processes

- Develops strong client and customer relationship

- Plays a role in long-term planning, project status reporting and change control

Qualifications/Requirements

- College Degree holder in Business or Management
- At least 8 to 10 years experience in business process management
- With leadership qualities
- Computer literate
