SENIOR GROUP MANAGER - TRAINING

- Manages training for new hires, refresher sessions, communication coaches and floor support Officers 

- Creates training plans and implementing the skills training framework across programs

- Develops and maintains the Skills Analysis Tools


Qualifications/Requirements

College Degree holder
- At least 10 years experience in training BPO employees
- With leadership qualities
- Computer literate
