Job Description

  • Video and Photo Editing:
  • Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging videos for various purposes (e.g., marketing, social media, training).
  • Add graphics, text overlays, music, and sound effects to enhance video content.
  • Maintain organized video files and archives.
  • Travel to different branches and locations to video shoot/photo shoot and document store opening and latest
  • promotions.
  • Assist the videographer and photographer with on-location shoots, including equipment setup and lighting. Provide post-production support, such as color correction, image retouching, and video editing. 
  • Organize and manage digital assets from photo and video shoots. Graphic Design and Motion Graphics:
  • Create dynamic motion graphics and animations for videos, presentations, and digital content.
  • Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize motion graphic concepts.  Utilize motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to produce compelling visual effects.
  • Design visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, and presentations.  Create and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Develop layouts and designs that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Retouch and manipulate images using photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop). Social Media Management:
  • Assist in the development and creation of engaging digital content, including social media posting.
  • Perform other Digital Marketing role if necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising Arts, Visual Communication, or a
  • related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Artist, Video Editor, or a similar creative role.
  • Demonstrable experience with both static graphic design and dynamic content (motion graphics/video).
  • Software proficient in expert level with graphic editing tools.
  • Can provide a strong and diverse online portfolio for sample projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and receive feedback.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
