● Accept and schedule job orders as endorsed.
● Coordinate with Administrative Staff and Operations Supervisor for clarification on design and output needs.
● Create rough drafts and sketches of concepts for client review and discussion.
● Develop initial designs and mock-ups based on job order descriptions using appropriate software.
● Ensure final layouts are visually appealing and adhere to brand guidelines, including effective use of colors, fonts, and imagery.
● Verify that the layout aligns with the intended message and adheres to brand standards.
● Check all dimensions for accuracy and suitability for the intended use.
● Ensure files meet printing standards, including resolution and overall quality.
● Assess the quality of printed outputs, focusing on color accuracy and clarity.
● Create mock-ups for signage and acrylic displays.
● Present detailed layouts with descriptions for client review and approval.
● Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator.
● Operate and maintain computer cut-out (Cutter Plotter) and printing equipment.
● Understand and apply knowledge of sizes, allowances, strokes, and bleeds in design.
● Participate in collaborative revision processes, making adjustments until the final design is approved.
● Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
