A Junior Graphic Designer is expected to:

Collaboration with Account Management and Media Buying Teams:
Working closely with account management and media buying teams indicates a cross-functional approach to developing and implementing client campaigns.
Digital Media Marketing Strategy:
Creating, presenting, and executing digital media marketing strategies involve planning and implementing campaigns across various digital channels.
UTM Tracking Setup:
Setting up UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) tracking is crucial for tracking and analyzing the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights into user behavior and conversion paths.
Analyzing Data for Opportunities:
Reviewing analytic data helps in identifying opportunities and refining tactics for better campaign performance.
Targeting Segmentation and Strategy:
Defining proper targeting segmentation is key to ensuring that campaigns reach the intended audience. Developing a strategy around this involves understanding client goals and audience demographics.
Budget Allocation Recommendations:
Providing recommendations on budget allocation involves optimizing spending across various channels to maximize the impact of the marketing budget.
Assessing Traffic Sources and New Media Opportunities:
Staying proactive in assessing potential traffic sources and new media opportunities ensures that campaigns remain innovative and aligned with industry trends.
Campaign Oversight and Optimization:
Overseeing and optimizing campaigns involve monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and making adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitoring and Analyzing Results Data:
Regularly analyzing campaign results data ensures that all campaigns meet or exceed client and agency performance goals.
Customized Reporting:

Staying Up-to-Date on Advertising Trends:
Remaining informed about advertising trends in display and video is crucial for keeping campaigns relevant and competitive.
