The Proposal Layout/Graphic Artist I is responsible for the creation of graphics, formatting, layout, and overall visual quality of proposals. This key position is expected to deliver the above while meeting RFP requirements, specifications, and branding guidelines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops design concepts, technical illustrations, computer artworks, multimedia presentations, and other creative inputs.
- Executes the format and layout of all technical proposals, reports, manuals, presentations, and other project/proposal deliverables.
- Ensures quality of the deliverables, including but not limited to compliance with requirements in the Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ), or Request for Information (RFI) and branding guidelines.
- Works proactively with Proposal/Technical Writers, Proposals Copy Editors, Proposal Coordinators, and other individual including marketing.
- Participates in meetings, daily status, and quality reviews to ensure graphic and layout requirements are considered in the proposals.
- Adheres to company rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- Responds to and complies with all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive
- Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and other audit findings within the prescribed period to address gaps, mitigate risks, and maintain the standards of the Company.
- Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses to manage and mitigate risks that may impact the organization, its resources, and assets.
