GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS

- Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure 

- Manages day to day business of the operations department
- Ensure delivery of KPIs and targets including day to day service levels
- Plays a role in long-term planning, project status reporting and change control

Qualifications/Requirements

- College Degree holder
- At least 5 years experience in business process management and operation
- With leadership qualities
- Computer literate
