GENERAL MANAGER

  • Responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing company's overall operations
  • Builds company image by collaborating with customers, and employees as well as enforcing ethical business practices
  • Supervise different departments- Administration, Corporate Planning and Office Management, Human Resources, Information Technology and Contracts Administration
  • Develop Strategic plan for optimized productivity and set goals for company growth
  • Relay instructions of the Management and delegate responsibilities to department managers and qualified employees

Qualifications/Requirements

  • BS degree in business administration, management or any related field
  • Expert knowledge and experience in team management, strategic planning, financial management
  • Advance knowledge in different organizational and business functions
  • Preferably Japanese
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
