SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER
  • Lead the development and execution of long-term and short-term operational planning strategies;
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing planning team; promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align planning efforts with organizational goals and growth objectives;
  • Performance evaluation and promotion recommendation of subordinates; and
  • Attend General Managers’ meeting and other meeting related to the job.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Engineering Graduate
  • With minimum 5 years of work experience in Operation Planning Department
  • Fluent in Nihongo and Basic English
