1. Interprets drawings, equipment manuals, specifications, necessary for the testing and installation of kitchen equipment.
2. Conducts testing prior delivery/installation of kitchen equipment.
3. Inspects thoroughly the kitchen equipment before and after installation.
4. Ensures customer satisfaction regarding quality and timely installation.
5. Performs general cleanup of the equipment and surrounding areas.
6. Keeps a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
7. Reports all defects/nonconforming equipment to immediate superior for proper disposition/ action.
8. Performs other related duties from time to time and/or that may be assigned by immediate superior.
