Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and reception area, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient administrative processes. This role involves managing the front office team, handling guest relations, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining operational standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Front Office Management or Customer Service are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in the hotel, hospitality, or customer service industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in front office software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar hotel management systems).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Smooth and efficient front office operations.
  • High customer satisfaction scores and positive guest feedback.
