1. Attends and completes Guests’ registration process based on Club policies. Gives initial briefing regarding Club policies, rules and regulations, facilities and activities.
2. Sees to it that pertinent information are complete and jibes with that of on the registration forms and in the computers such as but not limited to amendments of billing arrangements, vehicle plate numbers, Complimentary Room Night coupons, Gift certificates, patronage and Guest fees, deposits or credit card verification, intro letters, newspapers and Guests contact information.
3. Coordinates with Room Reservations for assignment or rooms to Members and Guests according to arrangements made.
4. Accommodates complaints and requests of Guests and sees to it that they are properly coordinated and promptly attended to by concerned personnel or Department of the Club. Coordinates Guest room maintenance work with the maintenance Department.
5. Checks every now and then the Event Order given by the Events Office that requires Front Office actions.
