JOB DESCRIPTION:
Administrative and Front Office Functions
Smart, project professional appearance and maintain the reception area clean and organized.
Ensures that all files, forms, and other documents are filed in an orderly manner and are ISO compliance.
Manage calls, provide information, and log/endorse concerns of tenants/landlords/clients to the responsible person.
Vendor Management
Receive all documents pertinent to building/facility vendors. Ensures that the documents are properly logged in a record book, distributed accordingly and on a timely manner. Monitoring of Building/Facility Operations, Security and Housekeeping. Reports any irregularities on a timely manner. Technical Operations
Receive all documents pertinent to building/facility vendors. Ensures that the documents are properly logged in a record book, distributed accordingly and on a timely manner.

Technical Operations
Make a brief inspection of the building at least once a week and advise the head/s of all the observations noted.
Health and Safety
Assist the Technical in monitoring the 52-week calendar and ensure Technical Checklist are up to date.
Business Development
Customer Survey Ratings of Landlords. Ensures that PM provides the best quality of service to the landlords. Creation of a mutually beneficial business relationship.
Customer Survey Ratings of tenants. Ensures that PM provides the best quality of service to the tenants. Creation of a mutually beneficial business relationship.
Operational Enhancement
Suggests ways to streamline the administrative process to offer the best service to the clients.
Personal Development
Participates actively in KMC activities such as corporate meetings, trainings, social affairs, and other company activities.
Others
Perform other related works that may be assigned by the Management.
