Qualifications:
• Must be a 4-year graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Tourism or its equivalent.
• With at least one (1) year related experience as a FRONTLINER IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY, a definite advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with booking software, Microsoft Office, and basic administrative tasks.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative and supportive work culture.
