As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors to our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing incoming calls. Your professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive experience for all guests and maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Welcoming: Welcome guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Provide directions, assistance, and information about the organization, facilities, and services.
- Answering Inquiries: Respond to inquiries from guests, visitors, and callers in person, over the phone, and via email. Provide accurate information and assist with resolving issues or directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Managing Incoming Calls: Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally. Transfer calls to the appropriate person or department and take messages when necessary. Maintain a log of incoming calls and messages.
