The Service Waiter is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by efficiently taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized dining area, handling payments, and adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for long periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
