Job Description

A Dining Officer-In-Charge has a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the dining area and manage the waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, maintaining a high-quality dining experience.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring service issues are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Train and schedule waitstaff, ensuring proper staffing levels and performance standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the dining area to uphold a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor stock levels of dining supplies and ensure operational efficiency in the dining area.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the dining/service industry.
  • High school diploma or higher education in hospitality is preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team management.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and manage high-pressure situations.
