• Ensures Food Safety is being followed.
• Recipe Adherence
• Practice FEFO & FIFO system
• Ensure to serve food quality, hot & fresh.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
• Observes proper grooming.
• Practices courteousness towards everyone whether members-customers, visitors or employees.
• Practices proper decorum as per Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Observes punctuality at all times.
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior or the Duty Manager.
