Job Description:
As a Team Member at Liang Crispy Roll and New York Fries and Dips in Uptown Mall, BGC Taguig, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our tandem store. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success and customer satisfaction of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Answer customer inquiries and provide product information. Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Food Preparation: Prepare Liang Crispy Rolls and New York Fries and Dips according to our established recipes and quality standards. Ensure food items are fresh, properly cooked, and presented attractively. Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Cash Handling: Operate the cash register and handle customer payments accurately. Process transactions efficiently and provide customers with receipts. Maintain cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area, dining area, and serving counters clean and well-organized. Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Stocking and Inventory: Monitor and restock inventory items as needed. Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
