JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Greeting and assisting guests
  • Taking food and beverages order properly
  • Suggesting and upselling food menu
  • Coordinating with Kitchen and Bar department
  • Ensuring food and beverages are in standard quality. 
  • Providing attentive service to guests, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals
  • Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
  • Maintaining cleanliness, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Related working experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, work during holidays or even to render overtime.
  • Willing to work on a Japanese concepts stores.
  • Full time positions available, DIRECT HIRING
  • Should be willing to start ASAP
