(SUPERVISOR, VIP DINING, FOOD & BEVERAGE)
- Responsible for assisting the Managers in ensuring smooth operations of the sections appointed under the Food and Beverage Department. The position helps maintain the Food and Beverage service quality, consistency of the cleanliness of the area and always ensures Team Member’s / Guest’s satisfaction.
- Inventories and store stocks according to enterprise rotating stock cycle.
- Prepares the requisition for all necessary food and beverage items and general operating equipment.
- Plan and organize workflows. Serves as a role model for employees through teamwork support, attention to detail, quality control, and interactions with Team Members/guests and to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
- Supervises the performance and the service of staff on a daily basis.
- Speak and understand English at Supervisory and Senior Operational Level.
- Conducts training sessions with all staff based on the Operations Manual.
- Assists in the systematic training of all staff to ensure their effectiveness on the job.
- Participates in the on-going coaching of F&B team members to ensure optimal effectiveness.
- Ensures restaurant presentation is maintained at a high level of quality.
