  • Knows and observes the outlet’s flow of service considering the Operations Manual, and supervises the service of staff on daily basis
  • Maintains a high profile during operations to ensure that standards of quality and service are consistently maintained, and recommends areas for improvement
  • Ensures that all orders are served with the correct condiments and there are no items missing
  • Handles the control and protection of all linen, cleaning supplies and operating equipment, ensuring that these are properly stored and handled in order to minimize losses/breakages.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience as Supervisor, supervise or similar position in a five star establishment.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in F&B in a five star establishment.
