Job Description

Provides the highest level of food and beverage service possible in an efficient, courteous, personable, and professional manner to ensure a positive guest experience. Supervises the evening serving activities in the Restaurant and Bar. Responsible in holding banquet operation and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsible in pre-event meetings, handling last-minute changes, meeting with kitchen staff to determine food quantities and timing.

Qualifications/Requirements

1.Bachelor or College degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or equivalent;
2.Must be available to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays;
3.Excellent analytical, planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
4.Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
5.Keen to details and with good sense of urgency;
Strong leadership and result-oriented.
