Sr. FinOps Analyst (1 Vacancy)

Job Description:
- Collects and analyzes quantitative data.
- Answers, investigates, and resolves queries, issues, and questions from customers through inbound calls and emails.
- Works efficiently with customers and provides world-class service.
- Analyzes trends and suggests process improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Native German speaker.
- Basic/intermediate knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Prior experience of at least 2 years in a similar BPO outfit or in a Finance role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
