Actual Job Title: Financial Analyst II

  • Partners with the project managers and project team to map out state designs.
  • Supports the gathering of requirements and translates those to scalable solutions.
  • Tests, analyzes, and evaluates system functionality.
  • Drives innovation and improvements in the team’s processes and practices.
  • Partners with other Amazon teams to test the end to end lifecycle of an employee’s pay.



Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in business or other related field.
3+ years of experience in business/financial analysis, project leadership, delivery, and end-to-end project implementation.
Experience working with teams across multiple geographies.
Report writing experience within ADP, PeopleSoft, or other similar software.
