- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field is required.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, budgeting, or a related financial role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or financial software systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, GAAP principles, and general accounting practices.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends or risks.
