Job Description:

● Works on complex vendor inquiries and resolving the queries in a time bound manner.

● Works on underlying issues and fixing the root cause/s.
● Manage svendor queries via inbound email and outbound calls.
● Maintains customer relationships by responding timely and accurately to both internal (company) and external (vendor directly) questions and requests for information.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2 years graduate certificate.
● Amicable to taking Inbound and Outbound calls and if necessary work overtime.
● Proficient in the French language.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
