● Manages complex and recurring vendor disputes and conducts huddles to support their reduction and faster resolution.
● Facilitates discovery sessions and data analysis.
● Owns the onboarding of new hires covering process training and performance checking.
● Leads the team in reviewing drivers that affect the team’s performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's (MBA/M.Com) Degree with 5+ years of post-qualification experience and minimum 3+ years experience in Finance operations/Contact management/Helpdesk/PTP.
● Experience working in a multinational organization or in a multicultural setting.
● Worked in customer focused teams (both Internal / External).
● Experience of using Oracle Financial Applications.
● Fluent in European languages (French, Italian, German or Spanish).
