Administrative and Finance Officer
Palawan with Project Sites in El Nido and Taytay Municipalities (Stationed in HO)
Salary Range: Php25,000-Php31,000

Good Neighbors International Philippines (GNIP) is an international and development organization working across the country. It has a partnership with the Korean Internationa lCooperation Agency (KOICA) in implementing a three-year project on “Enhancing Fisheries Productivity and Expanding Value Chain for Income Generation of
Marginalized Fishermen in Northern Palawan, Philippines.” The project will help the fisherfolk in El Nido and Taytay to improve their productivity, enabling access to a wider
market, and improve their sources of livelihood.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Record and analyze financial transactions of the organization
  • Provide updated financial reports based on Good Neighbors and KOICA accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the administrative work of the organization
  • Stationed in HO (with constant coordination with Project Site members)

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

The potential post holder will require the following competencies, experience, skills and knowledge:

  • At least 3- 5 years of experience in managing project finance accounts.
  • Skilled in using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Have a good communication skill and proficient in English.
