· POSITION: Chief Finance Officer / Treasurer (One (1))
· JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for leading the financial management and company asset planning. Oversees and ensures the accuracy and compliance of all financial operations. Monitors the company’s overall financial performance and implements strategies for improvement. Identifies significant business risks and recommends appropriate financial and strategic actions. Provides direction on investment strategies, budget planning, and cost optimization.

Qualifications/Requirements

· QUALIFICATIONS:
 At least 3 years of relevant experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, financial regulations, and corporate financial practices.
 Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in financial software and tools.
