Finance and Admin Officer!
As a Finance and Administrative Officer, you will keep our financial and administrative operations running smoothly. You will manage finance and accounting duties, including invoicing, payment tracking, record-keeping, disbursement preparation, handling payroll, and general administrative coordination of financial records, permits, and stakeholder communications. If you thrive on making sure all financial data and processes are accurate and well-organized, this role is for you.
- Finance & Accounting: You will handle invoicing, track payments, manage financial records, support month-end processes and reporting, prepare disbursements, and ensure policy compliance
- Payroll & Disbursements: You will be responsible for accurate payroll processing, managing deductions and contributions, preparing payroll documents, ensuring timely payments, and handling government reporting.
- Administrative Coordination: You will maintain financial and admin records, manage permits and filings, coordinate with stakeholders on finance matters, and assist with audits.
