  • Works on complex vendor inquiries and resolving the queries in a time bound manner
  • Meets or exceeds applicable metrics of the process assigned.
  • Works on underlying issues and fixing the root cause and manages vendor queries via inbound email and outbound calls.
  • Maintains customer relationships by responding timely and accurately to both internal (company) and external (vendor directly) questions and requests for information.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Prior experience of at least 2 years in a BPO industry catering to customer needs or as an Analyst.
  • Preferably with Accounts Payable experience.
  • Native French Speaker.
