Mandarin Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role includes preparing financial reports, developing budgets, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and advising management on financial planning and risk management. The Finance Manager leads the finance team to support strategic and operational decision-making through financial insights and with constant communication with the senior professionals in China, Taiwan and other Mandarin speaking counterpart and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, working with department heads to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial and compliance audits.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business improvement and growth.
- Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff and ensure continuous improvement of the finance function.
