• Review and monitor the budgets per property
• Responsible for monitoring tax preparation, property audit, bank transactions, and accounting all mandatory remittances on a monthly basis
• Collect, analyse, and set action steps on the financial information gathered form each branch
• Suggest on Cost management measures
• Research and analyze financial reports and market trends
• Develop strategies to increase financial gains and minimise costs for each property under Araw
• Implement financial controls which prevent misuse and misappropriation of funds or assets
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
• Monitor the day-to-day financial transactions
• Provide timely and accurate financial statements
• Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
• Ensure that financial policies and procedures are complied
• Ensure correct taxation are applied on all billing software like PMS, POS, etc.
• Ensure that the guests have best possible experience by trouble-shooting and resolving all billing-related disputes.
• Other related task that may be assigned by the Management.
