Position Title: 
(1) Chief Financial Officer
 
Job Description: 
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial stewardship of our organization at the highest level. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will be instrumental in shaping the financial future of the company, driving performance, ensuring sustainability, and enabling strategic growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction for all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, and investor relations.
  2. Serve as a key advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors on financial planning, risk management, capital structure, and long-term strategy.
  3. Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s goals, enhance shareholder value, and ensure financial health.
  4. Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
  5. Oversee corporate finance activities, including investments, capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  6. Implement robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure financial integrity and risk mitigation.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, profitability, and cost optimization across the organization.
  8. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

  1. Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least ten (10) years in a senior leadership role.
  2. Proven background in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
  3. Professional certifications such as Master in Commerce (M.Com.), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  6. Proficiency in an Indian language (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.), as the role may involve coordination with teams and stakeholders in India.
