About the Role
We have partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing and Management services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia. They employ a four pillars approach to risk and compliance management - Essential Services Management, Property Risk, Height Safety, and Emergency Management.
What you’ll be working on
- Maintain a high standard of client service, especially with key accounts and clients managing multiple portfolios.
- Develop a strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal procedures to effectively support compliance and operational tasks.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members via email, meetings, and outbound phone calls regarding financial documentation, reports, and follow-ups.
- Make outbound calls to clients to request purchase orders, confirm details for upcoming or completed inspections, and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Upload received purchase orders into internal systems (e.g., BOSS).
- Review and update financial records, reports, and relevant documentation in company systems or platforms.
- Process financial correspondence and certifications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify discrepancies or issues in reports and documentation, and escalate concerns to relevant stakeholders to avoid delays or non-compliance.
- Generate and share financial reports or summaries for clients, vendors, and internal teams as needed.
- Assist the finance team with data entry and other administrative duties in managing workload and meeting deadlines.
- Participate in internal and external meetings with clients, partners, and colleagues when required.
