  • Monitors Excel Payable record
  • Keeps Payable and Accounts and Expenses paid files
  • Processes Payable to supplier
  • E-mails internal branch transaction
  • Monitors e-mails between branches of purchase order request
  • Works with accounting system, i.e., posting purchase order, payable, payoff, remittance

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration (Open to fresh graduates)
  • Able to work long hours with minimal supervision
  • Computer literate
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
